Metal grinding wheels for skirting boards, it can be necessary to use the following tools for skirting boards working process:
a) Cup-style grinding wheels 45° available in several diameters upon client’s request. They round off angles and they are generally used in 1° and 2° head.
b) Helicoidal grinding wheels (half-bullnose or full-bullnose) available in several diameters according to the client’s requirements. They mould the tile profile.
c) Grinding wheels brand removal for leveling out uneven areas on tiles surfaces, they are available in several diameters according to the client’s requirement. They clean the lower part of the skirting board.

RESIN SQUARING WHEELS

Bevel Resin Wheels, of everal diameters and sizes, diamond height 14 or 20 mm, available for any type of locks, from the finest grain (2000) to the coarsest (220).

They are used as slight chamfer or bevel in the squaring lines and listels.

Also available in version Dry, for dry processing.

TECNO DIAMANT achieved the Bevel neutral resin Wheels. This is the latest generation of products, able to obtain a uniform chamfering. Composed by a diamond central section and two outer sections of neutral materials and developed, to limit substantially, the possible imperfections in the machining of the tile, during input and output phases from Bevel neutral resin Wheels

ECO SQUARING WHEELS .

To keep pace with customer demands, Tecno Diamant has designed a new eco diamond wheel of last generation ( without copper,NICkEL and cobalt ).
The absence of these two elements facilities the waste disposal and allows the recovery of ceramic glazes from sewage sludge without affecting in any way on the sharpness capacity or durability of the tool.
